Two Huge Rivals
In this post I will discuss two opposing articles I found. These arguments have lasted a very long time. The argument i will be discussing is: Which is better? New york style pizza or Chicago style pizza? This argument has gone back and forth for decades. In my opinion, I believe Chicago style pizza is a lot better. I have had both types of pizza, but Chicago takes the cake. The New Yorkers believe the thin crust pizza is the best way to enjoy an Italian product while Chicago believes deep dish is the way to go. The main factors that decide these two are: the crust, foldability, the crust to cheese ratio, the oil content, the cut and serve style, topping density, and chew factor. A lot of people say that the Chicago style is better and a lot of people say that New York style is better. Which do you prefer? I don't believe this feud between pizza styles will ever end. Food experts have tried on multiple occasions to help settle the dispute, but they never succeeded. Can it be true that both are equally good? What do you think? We may never find out.
